This survey was conducted using High Definition Interactive Voice Response (HD-IVR™) technology, which allows respondents to enter their preferences by punching the keypad on their phone, rather than telling them to an operator. In an effort to reduce the coverage bias of landline only RDD, we created a dual landline/cell phone RDD sampling frame for this research. As a result, we are able to reach those with a landline and cell phone, as well as cell phone only households and landline only households.
The field dates for this survey are September 6-8, 2021. In total, a random sample of 1,365 Canadians aged 18 and over responded to the survey. The margin of error associated with the total sample is +/- 2.7 percentage points, 19 times out of 20.
Please note that the margin of error increases when the results are sub-divided (i.e., error margins for sub-groups such as region, sex, age, education). All the data have been statistically weighted by age, gender, and region to ensure the sample’s composition reflects that of the actual population of Canada according to Census data.

i’m a left-libertarian, so i usually lean further left than the spectrum allows on economic issues, but am a strict civil libertarian, and i don’t like the pandemic restrictions. and i’m going to laugh until i cry if bernier caches the ndp in the popular vote. no, i’m not voting for him. but, we should be lucky that bernier isn’t anything like the le pens – because the ndp should have known that this would happen if they completely ceded all concepts of civil rights to the economic right, as they have done. the ndp need to take responsibility for their own positions, in this.
that said, i think frank knows that his system exaggerates small parties, for some reason.
but, that is a big, weird spike, for sure – and worth keeping an eye on.
I don’t know about exaggerating support for small parties, 20% PPC in Alberta and among under 35s seems to jive more with what I’m hearing in conversations with people. No one I’ve talked to in Alberta is happy with the CPC, their support is all anti-Trudeau animus. And of course the two downtown cores are full of NDP. This poll seems to jive best with my sense of the electorate.
that 20% in alberta isn’t coming from conservative support, though. they’re still over 50%. so, those appear to be ndp voters. i’m in ontario, and all the evidence i can generate suggests that most of the people in those news reports are actually people that voted for trudeau in 2015. and, the conservatives aren’t down in ontario – the liberals and ndp are.

11% for the PPC, more than the Bloc and the Greens combined, yet wasn’t allowed to participate in the debates. A true indication of a corrupt political system.
I agree with you however I think censorship of ccp from the political debate has actually helped them gain ground,as only a couple days ago they were polling at only 4%

And that they are afraid of him and afraid of the truth spreading. Remember, censoring is about preventing the truth from coming out, which is happening worldwide. The media spouts lies and doesn’t show the growing number of anger against worldwide governments controlling people. They show those that want freedom as just a few rednecks. How distorted.. It will all be revealed one day though :).
Love your polling for the PPC. Do you project that into seats. Not seeing that as an option.

So tell me why again with 11% of the vote the PPC wasn’t allow d to participate in the Federal Leaders debate? After watching the debate tonight in English, it was abundantly clear that all the party platforms are steering us all towards a globalist system…build back better is a UN term and Trudeau’s obvious catch phrase. Securing our future is also a UN slogan in respect to their total disarmament agenda and Otools campaign slogan…it’s clear to me that the ppc was bullied out of the debate and public eye because the message of freedom which comes with “individual” choice, no more bs lockdowns that was conceived by the UN and WEF, no more masks which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with, and freedom over your own body autonomy would resonate with the entire country once they ALL got to hear it…and that 11% would be more like 50%…Hence the reason they have screwed the PPC over from the beginning…

Sure, polls like these can easily be gamed (hence why PPC has spiked), however, none of that will ever represent, nor reflect, the actual votes that get cast on election day.
A moral cause unites and energizes people. Unite and energize against the medical tyranny.
O’Toole and Trudeau’s polices of who can give away the most money leaves them in the same bucket. Not surprised by a third party surge as the two mains have little difference other than hair. Will be very interested in what traction PPC has. As the CPC shifts left, the libertarian side of the party separates. Stay tuned over the next few years

The rise of the PPC corresponds with what I’m seeing hearing. People that might have been quietly supportive are now coming out of the woodwork. Here in Manitoba last week, Max was attracting crowds of a size that the other party leaders would be thrilled to have at their own meetings. I hope the votes can translate into at least a few seats. Ten percent (or more) of the voters should not be shut out but the old parties like the current system because it favours them.
Many Canadians are waking up and realizing what they’ve heard the media tell them about the PPC, that it’s all a big lie. They hear some idiot broadcaster call the party racist, but then see that they have candidates that are fully representative of Canada’s diverse populace….they here people say “they’re anti vaxxers” and yet many of their candidates have disclosed that they’ve gotten the shots….and that they’re simply opposed to a dictatorial system where one’s private health information isn’t private anymore.
If you’re for freedom, there is nothing extremist or about that….and in many ridings across Canada there will be PPC candidates in contention….because people are learning that by flipping back and forth between the Liberals and Conservatives has just dug this country into a massive hole….the old, The Libs suck time to go Con, then Cons suck time to go Lib again….that is why this country is in the mess it is in.
Don’t listen to media, look at the platforms, judge the legislative records….take note of the flip flops, and listen to all sides.

I see a strength and honour in max. How dare Trudeau not allow PPC to debate. Stupid move, it shows they’re afraid of him. PPC also sits higher in the polls than the liberals or the media would like to believe. My vote must be with PPC or CPC as we must learn to vote our conscious and at least read the platforms
Canadians are not (low information voters) as some would refer to us as. We are strong ,un-manipulable., hardworking people.

Although I disagree with everything about the CPC in Alberta and am leary of Otool…BUT I firmly believe that we must stay united in voting Conservative in this election if we want Trudeau and his Liberal party out.
